„Shine A Light“ cos its dark in ere.

Its said that things are better with age, more refined second time round and if true, The C90s follow up single will definitely be one for the playlist. Their debut track „10:01“ feat. a Villa remix gained a lot of respect and put the lads on the map with support from major radio and encouragement from Erol, Jacques Renault, Bang Gang and blogs Too Many Sebastians, Big Stereo and so on.

Of late The C90s have been ticking the boxes with remixes such as Flight Facilities „Crave You“, which has featured on BBC1 both on Annie Mac and Pete Tongs shows, as well as keeping the blog world content with loads of remixes, edits. and their increasingly popular monthly chart mixes.

The rise in popularity since the success of their debut single „10:01“ has seen them become tiny globe trotters playing at disco dungeons throughout europe including, Fabric – London, Razzamatazz – Barcelona, Tunnel Club – Milan, MTV party – Warsaw, Smirnoff – Berlin, Zurich, Denmark and Sweden. The Guardian supporting this success stating they were „Keeping disco alive“.

„Shine A Light“ is the second instalment from the dance-floor dudes coming out on the ever suave Relish Recordings and it was mixed by Headman. As with most songs its about a girl and how they don’t fulfill our hopes. Full of the trademark cowbells, sexy baselines and synth drenched, this soft vocal jam will also come with a set of remixes from acts like the Australian duo Flight Facilities who have come through with a „Pure Bliss“ mix and slowed it right down to a point where a mojito appears in your hand and you teleport onto a beach in the bahamas. As well as a variety of vibes from Midnight Savari and Bxentric, who’s mix has already had early support on Radio 1 with Jaymo and Andy George playing and supporting the track.
Lets dance.
